Organization File as Source of Truth for Current Balance

The system updates balances based on the data from imported files.

Exception: This applies unless we have agreed to enable the Import Update Balance Logic Based on Last Payment Date Timestamp, in which case Tratta will not update the balance if it has more recent transactions than the last posted in the organization’s System of Record.

Payment Plan Logic

Your organization controls the parameters that customers use to schedule a payment plan by setting rules in the Rules section:

The Start Date, Frequency, Payment Amount, and/or End Date selected by the customer determine the future payment dates and the completion of the payment plan.
