Welcome to your first official session! Now that you’ve set the schedule, it’s time for our first official "face-to-face." This session is designed to transform the pre-work you’ve done into a live, functioning environment. We move from theory to practice by diving into your Sandbox Admin Portal. This is a safe "practice" space where we build the "your-version" of Tratta. It looks and acts exactly like the production system, but it’s where we load, test, and break things until they are perfect.

Purpose of This Session: The goal of Session 1 is alignment and infrastructure. We want to ensure every stakeholder knows their role and that the "bones" of your Tratta instance are correctly built. By the end of this hour, we will have moved past the questionnaires and into the actual configuration of your system.

The Agenda

We have a lot to cover in 60 minutes, so we follow a structured path:

1. Stakeholder Introductions: Meeting the team and defining who owns each part of the Tratta ecosystem.
2. Questionnaire Review: Addressing any "red flags" or outstanding items from your Day 1 pre-work.
3. The Inventory File: A deep dive into your data. We’ll discuss how to prepare your inventory for a clean import.
4. Sandbox Delegation: A guided walkthrough of the portal where we will start assigning settings and permissions.
