Bulk Daily Email Export Feature

This feature can be enabled for your organization upon request. It allows all daily emails sent to customers to be exported as ZIP archives. These archives will be accessible in a designated SFTP folder.

• Daily Arhive Name: [date].zip
• Single Email File Name:
  • Pattern: {timestamp}_{safeEmail}_{$emailTemplateName}_{debtaccountExternalId}.eml
  • Examples:
    • 2024-12-03-16-08-28_emmy[at]gmail[dot]com_charge-succeeded_AB123456.eml
    • 2024-12-03-16-07-35_jb[at]gmail[dot]com_paymentPlan-scheduled_RS789012.eml

Emails Dowloaded from the Console App

Users can download emails sent to customers from the Customer Page (Emails Block) or the Documents Section (Emails Tab).
