Tratta provides localization for customer-facing products, including Collect (Payment Portal) and IVR (phone-based automated payment assistant).

Supported Languages

Language Selection on the Payment Portal

Tratta supports session-level language selection on the Payment Portal. Users can switch between English and Spanish using the language switcher located at the bottom of the page. The selected language persists for the duration of the session or until manually changed.

Future Enhancements

We plan to introduce profile-level language preferences, allowing users to set a preferred language that will automatically apply upon login for a more personalized experience. This feature is not yet available, and profile-level language preferences are currently not tracked or reported.
