Tratta allows clients to control email communications at the account level via import files. This is useful for:


How It Works

Include email permission flags in your daily import files. When processed, Tratta will subscribe or unsubscribe accounts from the relevant email groups.

Import File Columns

Column Values Description
transactional_emails_allowed 1 / 0 Controls payment confirmations, reminders, etc.
campaign_emails_allowed 1 / 0 Controls all campaign emails (file-based campaigns, ACR, etc.)

Note: Some implementations may use a single column for both groups depending on client requirements.


Email Groups Explained

Payment Notifications

Payment confirmations, payment reminders, payment plan enrollment or cancelation, etc. Full list available in Console > Settings > Notifications > Payment Notifications.

Not affected: Payment Request and Payment Plan Request (initiated by agent at customer's request).

Typically allowed since these relate to customer or agent-initiated transactions. However, some compliance scenarios may require blocking these as well.
