Clients go live in 5 to 9 weeks, counted from the kickoff call. Your data file and your merchant paperwork set the pace more than anything else. We confirm your launch date with you in writing near the end, once your production setup is in place.

Who does what

• Your daily data export and the automation that sends it.
• Your merchant documents and signatures, and opening any bank accounts you need.
• The content of your legal disclosures and policies.
• Entering your settings in the sandbox.
• Your branding files at the sizes we ask for.

• Building the import for your data file.
• Setting up your FTP or API connection.
• Preparing your merchant application and working with underwriting.
• Generating the DNS records for your web address.
• Moving your setup from the sandbox to production.
