Upcoming Payment Reminders

• Upcoming Payment Reminder emails are enabled by default (Settings > Notifications). Separate notifications exist for Payment Plans and One-Time Scheduled Charges.

  

  

• Default Timing: Reminders are sent 5 days before the payment, with the option to customize upon request.

• Execution Time: Reminders are sent at 18:00 UTC, ensuring compliance with FDCPA regulations across all US time zones. This translates to:

  • 8:00 AM Hawaii-Aleutian Time (HST) (Hawaii does not observe Daylight Saving Time)
  • 9:00 AM Alaska Time (AKT) (Standard) / 10:00 AM (Daylight)
  • 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) (Standard) / 11:00 AM (Daylight)
  • 11:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) (Standard) / 12:00 PM (Daylight)
  • 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) (Standard) / 1:00 PM (Daylight)
  • 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (Standard) / 2:00 PM (Daylight)

• Re-sending after changes: If a scheduled payment is edited (amount or date), the reminder is reset and will be re-sent at the next scheduled cycle (18:00 UTC), as long as the new payment date still falls within the reminder window (5 days ahead by default).

Other Notifications

• All other types of notifications are sent immediately after the trigger action, whether initiated by a customer, agent, or an automated process (e.g., scheduled payment or ACH return).

Transactions Data Updates

Card Transactions 💳

• Import Batches: Updated every 60 minutes, starting at the top of each hour.
• Reconcile Batches: Updated every 30 minutes, starting at the top of each hour.

ACH Transactions 🏦

• Reconcile ACH Transactions: Updated every 60 minutes, starting at the top of each hour.
• ACH Returns: Also updated every 60 minutes, starting at the top of each hour.
